Mary Ann is a highly accomplished architect with proven design, technical, leadership, personnel management, communication, problem solving, and team building skills. As Director of Operations, she also oversees and has a handle on every project that runs through the firm. She maintains and assigns the adequate and appropriate staff to every phase of each project, assuring our clients’ needs are met and projects are running smoothly. In her role as a DWL Principal, Mary Ann assists with financial proposals, scheduling management and often acts as a client liaison on a variety of projects.
