Senior Proposal Coordinator

DWL Architects + Planners, Inc. is seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator with experience in the Architecture, Engineering + Construction (AEC) Industry. The ideal candidate will work under the direction of the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with Principals and firm leadership to support and elevate the firm’s marketing efforts. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and can manage multiple priorities while contributing to a collaborative team.

Education + Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign and Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, including visual quality and proofreading accuracy
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Advanced writing skills with the ability to develop compelling and strategic narratives
  • Strong graphic design capabilities with an eye for layout and branding consistency
  • Three plus years of experience in the AEC industry required (five plus preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full proposal development process, including go/no-go coordination, pursuit strategy, content development, and final production
  • Collaborate with Principals, senior staff, subconsultants, and marketing team members to develop compelling and compliant proposals
  • Support interview preparation, presentations, awards submissions and publications in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
  • Manage multiple concurrent pursuits while ensuring quality, consistency, and on-time delivery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes, templates, and content libraries
