This 64,100 SF hangar replacement for Atlantic Aviation, a Fixed Base Operator (FBO) at Scottsdale Airport, included extensive site modifications to reconfigure parking, utilities and landscaping to meet FBO, airport and City of Scottsdale requirements. Each hangar bay includes an adjacent 3,000 SF office space with two single-user restrooms. One of the office spaces is occupied by Jet Linx and offers tenant office space with additional amenities for clients, including a lounge, hospitality bar and conference room.
