Scottsdale Stadium Improvements

This multi-phased project included a comprehensive masterplan update and a series of stadium improvements. Phase 1 was completed within a single offseason and delivered a new 43,600 SF multi-use clubhouse for the San Francisco Giants, a new event center, a revitalized main entry plaza, parking improvements and additional stadium upgrades. Subsequent phases enhanced stadium functionality and the fan experience by replacing underutilized seating with shaded, branded multi-use event areas and reconfiguring the berm to include a shaded multi-use event deck with new restrooms and much-needed storage located below. More recent improvements included upgrades to the stadium circulation loop and scoreboard enhancements.
