Scottsdale Stadium + Multi-Use Event Center

The 30-year-old stadium underwent 57,600 SF of improvements for a year-round multi-use event center to hold both public and private events. The phased project features a new clubhouse, a new event center, a main entry plaza, parking and stadium improvements. Phase One introduced a blend of public and player-focused enhancements, including the modernization of the stadium’s main entry plaza, new shaded fan amenities in right field, and a multi-use clubhouse with integrated player development facilities. The clubhouse not only functions for baseball but as a multi-purpose facility for ballroom and banquet events.  The project also encompassed press and administrative offices, along with a dedicated broadcast dock station, bringing both operational efficiency and an elevated game-day experience.
