Rio Salado Northern Student Services Renovation

The 6,600 SF renovation reprogrammed and modified the existing facility into a student-centered hub. A new ‘One-Stop’ Student Services Center was created with an open student lounge/library, student services lobby and counter, advising area, staff offices and collaboration spaces, as well as a workroom and break area. The Testing Center improvements enhanced the check-in area, added DRS testing rooms and improved universal access. The main lobby was also renovated to mitigate noise and modernize the restrooms. In addition, the facility connects to the Math Emporium, a project previously designed by DWL.
