Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) T3 South Concourse

The all-new 15-gate South Concourse replacement was the second phase of the 1.3M SF Terminal 3 Modernization. The project scope included a new concourse, passenger bridge, central plant, service roads, aircraft parking apron and taxiways. Designed to support seven airlines, the concourse features passenger amenities including local and national brand concessions, a children’s play area, mother’s room, pet relief area, hospitality-inspired restrooms, amenity zones, charging access at every seat and an airline club. Expansive views of the airfield and surrounding mountain parks, paired with abundant natural light, create an elevated passenger experience throughout the concourse.
