INSPIRED DESIGN:
Conceived to accommodate a diverse range of program uses and located at the terminus of two major circulation splines. The building’s massing, materials and exterior envelope drew inspiration from the forms and patterns of the Ponderosa Pine Forest surrounding the University.
THOUGHTFUL STEWARDSHIP:
Excited to have achieved LEED® Gold certification, the building’s sustainable strategies were greatly influenced by the location on a busy university campus and the unique climate of Northern Arizona.
CREATIVE TEAMWORK:
Rigorous and dedicated collaboration between the Owner, Architect and Contractor facilitated the project team’s ability to accelerate the project’s initial 2-phase construction schedule and complete the entire project within the original 1st phase.
ENDURING COMMITMENT:
The success of this project was attributable to meeting and exceeding the University’s expectations established by the program objectives. DWL demonstrated our dedication and ability to provide exceptional service by continuously listening and accommodating a significant program enhancement opportunity that arose during construction.
