Midwestern University Downers Grove Support Services

This 62,500 SF, five-story facility serves as the central student resource hub for the Downers Grove campus. Located at the heart of campus, the building is oriented toward the signature Bell Tower at the center of the quad, with expansive views that highlight the surrounding campus environment. Often the first stop for most prospective students and parents, it houses the Admissions Department. The building also includes the Registrar’s Suite, Financial Aid Office, Alumni Relations, Business Services and the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs, all organized within a highly flexible administrative layout. More than 85% of occupied interior spaces are daylit during working hours, significantly reducing energy consumption.
