Laughlin-Bullhead City International Airport (IFP) Air Rescue Fire Fighting Station

Project Details

The 13,000 SF facility includes three apparatus bays, sleeping quarters, kitchen and training accommodations and incorporates the anticipated future growth requirements for the Airport. A distinctive feature of this station is the second-floor Crisis Command Center, which overlooks the entire airport and serves as the operations room during emergency disaster drills or actual events, as well as a backup to the main Airport Tower. Its location at the center point of the runway gives firefighters equal distance access to all points of the airfield.
