Falcon Field Airport (FFZ) Terminal + Administration Building Upgrades

Project Details

From the onset of the 4,000 SF project, careful consideration was given to creating the best facility for the community, resulting in the thoughtful reimaging of an existing 1971 single-story terminal and office building. A detailed space programming and code study was conducted to ensure the facility upgrades met current ADA and building code requirements for public accessibility. The upgraded terminal features an enlarged lobby, conference room, separate administrative areas, a contemporary exterior facade with new finishes and materials, an airside, multi-level covered patio area and new desert landscaping.
