Arizona State University Greek Leadership Villages

The 296,438 SF, LEED Silver certified Greek Leadership Village includes five residential buildings located on the east side of the ASU campus. The village is comprised of 27 connected chapter houses with three-story and four-story townhomes. Serving as home to nearly 1,000 students in different Greek chapters, the design allows for each house to maintain a distinct identity. The community houses include five different floor plans ranging in size to accommodate between 19 and 41 student residents. To create a sense of community, pedestrian pathways connect the houses along with two green spaces. Two expansive courtyards also provide additional green space for activities and lounge areas with soft seating.
