Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) T3 Temporary Gates

To address the immediate need for additional gate capacity, the Terminal 3 South Concourse alterations introduce four new passenger boarding gates and holdrooms at the apron level, covering 28,000 SF within the existing building footprint. The project includes modifications to existing shop, office, restroom and holdroom areas to expand the existing holdroom. The scope also includes installation of two new crisscross escalators and a new elevator within an existing shaft.
