The newly constructed 73,947 SF Midwestern University Therapy Building is a clinic and research building utilized for academic instruction as well as offers public services. The building’s mass includes a basement plus a three-story steel stud framed masonry veneer building with screened rooftop equipment and a mechanical penthouse. The first floor features an 18,511 SF vivarium; the second floor includes an 18,479 SF medical clinic; the third floor features 18,479 SF of simulation rooms; the fourth floor has 18,479 SF of dedicated office space.
