CITY OF MESA, FALCON FIELD AIRPORT TERMINAL BUILDING UPGRADES
The Falcon Field Airport Terminal and Administration Building is a single-story structure originally constructed in 1971. This project is a comprehensive remodel and update to the entire terminal building and site area, including new exterior finishes and materials, aesthetic features with illuminated accents, a multi-level covered patio area, and new desert landscaping.
INSPIRED DESIGN:
The Falcon Field terminal is a unique program, a civic-focused building with a functional administration area that serves its many airport tenants and the City of Mesa’s general aviation community.

THOUGHTFUL STEWARDSHIP:
At the onset of the project there was much discussion on creating the right project for the community. Therefore, the thoughtful reimagining of an existing 1971 building was developed, rather than tearing it down and building new.
