DWL Architects

As Director of Operations, Mary Ann oversees and has a handle on every project that runs through the DWL office. A member of our Leadership team, she maintains and assigns the adequate and appropriate staff to every phase of each project, assuring our clients’ needs are met and projects are running smoothly. In addition, she assists the principals with financial proposals, scheduling management, and often acts as a client liaison on a variety of projects. Accordingly, Mary Ann also is responsible for reviewing and evaluating the firm’s processes and individual performance levels. Throughout the past four years, she has been with the firm, Mary Ann has effectively established a new project management program for tracking projects, allowing her and the project managers to efficiently use resources and staff, as well as create accurate projections at the onset of each project and throughout each phase.
