· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign and Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels

· Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

· Strong attention to detail, including visual quality and proofreading accuracy

· Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

· Advanced writing skills with the ability to develop compelling and strategic narratives

· Strong graphic design capabilities with an eye for layout and branding consistency

· Three plus years of experience in the Architecture Engineering Construction (AEC) industry required (five plus preferred)

· Lead the full proposal development process, including go/no-go coordination, pursuit strategy, content development, and final production

· Collaborate with Principals, senior staff, subconsultants, and marketing team members to develop compelling and compliant proposals

· Support interview preparation, presentations, awards submissions and publications in collaboration with the Marketing Manager

· Manage multiple concurrent pursuits while ensuring quality, consistency, and on-time delivery

· Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes, templates, and content libraries
