Phoenix Sky Harbor Int'l Airport – Terminal 4 Food & Beverage Infrastructure Improvements

For the planning phase of this project, DWL first reviewed as-builts and field verified the Terminal 4 facility. Then, working with the concessions consultant and the Airport, established the future food and beverage program before finally developing the Tenant Design Criteria.

The Food & Beverage Infrastructure Improvements included 25 spaces that were phased in order to coordinate with the new concessions tenants. DWL reviewed construction documents for the infrastructure, the tenants’ schematic designs and CD’s, and observed construction. The Terminal 4 Food and Beverage program is separated into two concessionaire contracts, with as many as 60 different concepts. Each contract also had their own phasing of design and construction so that service could be continuously provided for passengers.
