Peter Pascu has acquired an extensive background in many types and scales of public facilities, including work at the Arizona State Hospital. His involvement has included programming, site planning, preliminary design, design development, QA/QC, contract administration and bidding negotiation. As a Principal and Project Manager with 26 years of experience, he brings a high level of expertise and knowledge of the various construction techniques for many types of building occupancies and construction.

Among Peter’s recent projects are transportation-related facilities, including six Park and Rides located in cities throughout the Valley. He also has provided on-call contract services for a number of government entities, such as the Arizona Department of Administration, Arizona Department of Transportation, Arizona Department of Public Safety, Arizona Game and Fish Department, Arizona State Parks, and Maricopa County. His ongoing, seven-year relationship with the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community has resulted in the completion of nearly a dozen projects, with several currently in design.
