Phase two will add a 32,000 SF expansion to the recently expanded Phase 1 project, completing the master plan's main terminal building. The building interior is efficient in layout, promoting instinctive way-finding throughout. A skylit central corridor will link the secure side functions such as the 2 new gates and holdrooms, concessions and supports spaces. Also being added is a new baggage claim area with two new carousels.

A high bay with an accent roof and clerestory windows will establish the primary entry and sense of identity for the airport. It will coincide with the exit for deplaning passengers and the arrival lobby. The design aesthetic and guidelines were established during Phase 1 and continues throughout Phase 2.
