The South Campus Residential Community is a contemporary and comprehensive approach towards the design of student housing. The project comprises 10 residential buildings with more than six hundred housing units, plus over 20,000 sq. ft. of retail space, a large community center and parking structure. The innovative design creates a supporting environment that responds to the individual student, while concurrently creating a community that stimulates social and cultural growth.
