This project consists of new athletic training fields and associated 6,750 SF building with locker rooms, public restrooms, field maintenance office and storage area for field maintenance and sports equipment. Other program elements include: baseball training field with lighting; softball training field with lighting; soccer training field with lighting; lighting for the existing football practice field; 292 new parking spaces (8 accessible); new pedestrian plaza and walkways.
