Gate Enhancement at S2, S3 & S4 Concourses - Holdroom Seating rearrangement including installation of boarding area pylons, business seating, computer power stations and family seating areas at each Southwest Airline’s 24 gates.

Tenant Improvements at S2 Concourse apron level - Remodel of the Flight attendant lounge and associated offices.

2005
Tenant Improvements at S2 Concourse - Design for a complete new concourse for Southwest Airlines including Tenant Improvements. This expansion included gate holdrooms, customer service office, ramp operations, break rooms, Pilot and Flight attendant lounges.

2000
Tenant Improvements at S3 & S4 Concourses Southwest Airlines, Terminal 4 - S3 & S4. Concourse Holdroom & Apron Operations Tenant Improvements. Tasks included renovations to Bag Service Office, maintenance break room apron level, operations & maintenance office & work areas.

1998
Tenant Improvements N4 Concourse Expansion - Renovations and airline expansion for Southwest’s move to the north N4 concourse including 8 new gates, ramp operations, lounges, and gate counters.

1994
Tenant Improvements S3 Concourse Crew Base Expansion - Renovations and airline expansion for Southwest at the apron level of the S3 concourse including flight attendant lounge, associated offices, ramp operations and locker rooms and restrooms.

1990
Original T4 Tenant Improvements at S3 & S4 Concourses - 120,000 s.f. tenant improvements at both S3 & S4 Concourses with 18 new gate positions. This was the initial move from Terminal 1 into Terminal 4 including: employee offices, ATO, BSO, break rooms, restrooms, workrooms, holding rooms, kitchen, maintenance, storage, provision spaces, and a complete outbound baggage conveyor system.
